Steele Justice

“The only law is the Black Tiger's. The only justice is John Steele's”

In 1987 Los Angeles, John Steele (Martin Kove) is an ex-cop and Vietnam veteran who has one target left: Kwan, a former South Vietnamese general who has grown rich and powerful as a drug lord. Robert Boris writes and directs, following Steele as he works the case with a few allies, including Tracy (Sela Ward) and Reese (Bernie Casey). Steele sits alone with the Kwan file, a hard-faced veteran with nowhere else to put his anger.
