Erik (Jürgen Vogel) runs a motorbike workshop in a sleepy town, with the word "scoundrel" tattooed on his forearm and a quiet life with Julia (Petra Schmidt-Schaller) and her daughter Linda. Then a stranger named Henry (Moritz Bleibtreu) starts turning up wherever Erik goes, following him like a shadow he can't shake. Maximilian Erlenwein keeps the camera close and the pace unhurried, so the dread builds before anyone explains who Henry is.
