Stir Crazy

In 1980 New York, Skip Donahue (Gene Wilder) and Harry Monroe (Richard Pryor) are broke, out of work, and ready to leave the city for somewhere that will hire them. They end up in woodpecker costumes promoting a bank opening, until the feathered suits are stolen and used in a robbery. Sidney Poitier follows Skip into a prison where two unemployed friends now face 125-year sentences.
