Strange Invaders

“25 years ago, they arrived from another galaxy. Surprise — they're still here.”

Charles Bigelow (Paul Le Mat), a young professor, wants his daughter back from a small midwestern town that has swallowed her. The aliens who settled there in the film's opening have no interest in being found out, and Michael Laughlin follows Charles as he starts asking the wrong people questions, with Betty Walker (Nancy Allen) beside him. Underneath the invasion plot sits a plain fear, that the people in your own town can turn into strangers.
