Strangler vs Strangler

Belgrade has the usual crimes of a modern city, plus a serial killer of its own: Pera Mitić (Taško Načić), a flower salesman who has started strangling women. A rock star named Spiridon Kopicl (Srđan Šaper), already a disturbed man, finds himself linked to the killer by some kind of telepathy. Slobodan Šijan plays the whole thing straight-faced, and what the film keeps coming back to is how easily a city learns to live beside its killers.
