A boxing match has been fixed, and nobody in the neighborhood will say who paid for it. Yasuharu Hasebe sends a wandering biker, Ako (Akiko Wada), into the middle of it, where a female gang led by Mei (Meiko Kaji) is already fighting an all-male crew from the Seiyu group. Ako has no loyalty to either side, but she rides in anyway.
