Stray Dog: Kerberos Panzer Cops

Three years after the Kerberos police unit's failed rebellion over disarmament orders, Inui (Yoshikatsu Fujiki) is paroled and travels to Taiwan. He is looking for Koichi Todome (Shigeru Chiba), the unit member who left Japan and was never found. Mamoru Oshii keeps the pace slow and the dialogue sparse, and he frames the search in flat, muted tones.
