Street Fighter Alpha: The Movie

Ryu (Kane Kosugi) is already fighting the dark energy building inside him when a boy named Shun walks up and says he is the brother Ryu never knew. Before Ryu can ask why the boy turned up now, Shadowlaw takes Shun, and Shigeyasu Yamauchi cuts the chase to the pace of a pulse. To get him back, Ryu has to master that power, or it will use him up first.
