Streets of Fire

“Tonight is what it means to be young.”

Tom Cody (Michael Paré) is a soldier-for-hire who comes back to his old hometown just in time to hear that his former lover, the rock singer Ellen Aim (Diane Lane), has been taken by Raven Shaddock (Willem Dafoe) and his biker gang. Ellen's manager Billy Fish (Rick Moranis) pays Tom to get her back, and a former soldier named McCoy (Amy Madigan) goes with him. Walter Hill calls it a rock and roll fable, and Tom walks into the city's dangerous streets alone.
