Stuff and Dough

Ovidiu (Alexandru Papadopol) is a young man in Constanța with a small business of his own and no money to make it bigger. He and his friend Vali (Dragoș Bucur) take on a job that promises to change that, and the film keeps them close, and keeps the dread low and constant. Cristi Puiu shoots it in a plain, handheld, documentary manner, so the ordinary streets and rooms carry all the tension.
