Styx

Rike (Susanne Wolff), an emergency doctor, sails her yacht out of Gibraltar alone, bound for Ascension, a small island in the middle of the Atlantic. After a storm she spots a battered, overloaded boat of refugees drifting nearby. Wolfgang Fischer sets one woman's long-planned freedom against people in need, and the film presents it as a plain question of what one person owes strangers.
