Chris Cody (Steven Seagal), a military man locked up in prison, is let out and put back with his old team to hunt a renegade scientist. The man has built technology that controls minds and can turn friends into killers. Anthony Hickox sends them after him, and Cody has to trust people he can no longer be sure are themselves, among them Agent Fletcher (William Hope).
