Suburbicon

“Welcome to the neighborhood”

Gardner Lodge (Matt Damon) is a mild-mannered father in the all-white town of Suburbicon in 1959, living with his wife Margaret (Julianne Moore) and his young son Nicky (Noah Jupe). When a home invasion turns deadly, the family's tidy surface starts to give. George Clooney sets that private rot beside the mob outside the house of the first black family on the street, loosely drawn from a 1957 incident in Levittown, Pennsylvania.
