“Dirty Harry is at it again.”

Men are turning up dead, shot at close range, and the trail leads Inspector Harry Callahan (Clint Eastwood) away from San Francisco while he is on suspension from the SFPD. The killer is Jennifer Spencer (Sondra Locke), a woman who has taken justice into her own hands after a rape. Eastwood directs it himself, his only turn behind the camera in the series, and gives Harry the same flat stare.
