Suddenly in the Dark

“Who's actually the villain? Is it all a dream? Is she right?”

A young housekeeper arrives at the home of Seon-hee (Kim Young-ae), carrying a wooden doll she will not leave behind. Seon-hee begins to suspect her husband, Kang Yu-jin (Yoon Il-bong), of an affair with the girl, and the house turns uneasy. Go Yeong-nam stages the household as a marriage coming apart, letting the dread build through the domestic routine.
