Sugar Pie Lady

Cumali (İlyas Salman) is a conscientious police officer in the small-time crime of Istanbul, an honest man in a trade that does not reward it. His chief, Ziver (Şener Şen), sees him as a threat and pairs him with Şekerpare (Yaprak Özdemiroğlu), a famous harlot. Atıf Yılmaz sets the two of them loose among songs and street characters, and Cumali's job and his good name are both on the line.
