“Love as sweet as whipped cream”

Marianne (Marianne Sägebrecht) works at a Munich mortuary, and she has decided she wants Huber (Eisi Gulp), the married subway train conductor she has noticed on her rides. Percy Adlon follows her as she finds out where he works, learns his routine, and sets about getting close to him. The film keeps its eye on her, a big woman in her work clothes, moving steadily through a city that mostly looks past her.
