“Who do you think you are!”

Dr. Elizabeth Derby (Heather Graham), a psychiatrist who once had a name in her field, meets a young patient named Asa Waite (Judah Lewis) and soon cannot explain what is happening to her own mind and body. Joe Lynch adapts H. P. Lovecraft's "The Thing on the Doorstep," and the deaths pile up around her, tied to an ancient curse. At bottom it is about a person slowly losing hold of who she is and who gets to wear her.
