Summer of Sam

“No one is safe from Son of Sam.”

Someone is shooting couples in parked cars across New York, and in an Italian-American neighborhood in the Bronx, the fear turns neighbors into suspects. Vinny (John Leguizamo), a hairdresser, and Ritchie (Adrien Brody), a kid from the block who has taken up with the punk crowd, start to look strange to the people around them. Spike Lee sets it all in the summer of 1977, with the Yankees winning and the blackout still ahead.
