“Crazy Comedy from Zdenek Troška”

Šimon (Pavel Kikinčuk) is an agricultural student who comes to the South Bohemian village of Hoštice to join the local co-op and test whether cows give more milk in a cultured environment. The directors treat him coolly until they hear he is the commissioner's son. Zdeněk Troška has Venca (Broněk Černý), Blažena's boyfriend, grow jealous, and Šimon is left with a cow experiment that nobody takes seriously.
