“SKY HIGH ROMANCE BETWEEN SONJA AND JOHN TO THE IRRESISTIBLE RHYTHMS OF GLENN MILLER and HIS ORCHESTRA!”

Karen Benson (Sonja Henie) is a Norwegian refugee who has come to Idaho, sure that the pianist who sponsored her, Ted Scott (John Payne), means to marry her. Ted is playing at the Sun Valley ski resort with Phil Corey's band, and when the singer Vivian Dawn (Lynn Bari) walks out, Karen offers an ice show. H. Bruce Humberstone stages the Glenn Miller Orchestra, the Nicholas Brothers and Dorothy Dandridge's "Chattanooga Choo Choo" as full-stage numbers.
