Sunny

“The sunniest moment of our lives.”

One of the seven girls who ran together in high school is dying in a hospital, and her last wish is to see the others again, though no one has spoken to them in 25 years. Na-mi (Yoo Ho-jeong), now a middle-aged housewife, takes on the search, and Kang Hyoung-chul cuts to the 1980s, when the young Na-mi (Shim Eun-kyung) joined their group as the new girl. Choon-hwa (Jin Hee-kyung) was the one who led them, and the film keeps coming back to the bond between those two.
