Írisz Leiter (Juli Jakab) comes to Budapest in 1913 to work as a milliner at the hat store her late parents once owned, only to learn she had a brother she never knew existed. Oszkár Brill (Vlad Ivanov) now runs the shop, and nobody she asks will say where the brother has gone. László Nemes keeps her in the foreground, and her search for him is a risk with no one to turn to.
