Babies, it turns out, talk to each other in a language adults take for babble, and they already know the secrets of the universe. Media mogul Bill Biscane (Jon Voight) wants to use a satellite system to control the world's population, and a legendary superbaby named Kahuna joins several other infants to stop him. Bob Clark's film puts a row of diapered toddlers up against a man with a satellite.
