Superhero Movie

(2008)Directed by Craig Mazin82 min · PG-13Comedy, Action, Science Fiction
“The greatest Superhero movie of all time! (not counting all the others)”

Rick Riker (Drake Bell) is a nerdy high schooler who wants two things: to be noticed by Jill Johnson (Sara Paxton) and to stop being shoved into lockers. A bite from a radioactive dragonfly gives him powers, and Lou Landers (Christopher McDonald) is waiting as a villain called the Hourglass. Craig Mazin spoofs the Spider-Man films on the idea that a mask and a pair of wings won't fix a boy who can't talk to a girl.
