Menlo Schwartzer (Eddie Deezen) wants every surfer off his beach, so he sells them a batch of Buzz Cola that turns whoever drinks it into a mutant zombie. Randall M. Badat sends Chuck (Eric Stoltz), Bob (Jeffrey Rogers) and their dim-witted friends after him, with Sparkle (Linda Kerridge) along. The beach fills with sunburned, soda-crazed punks, and the cola cans pile up in the sand.
