“A major ocean picture.”

A film crew follows Cody Maverick (Shia LaBeouf), a young penguin surfer from Antarctica, as he flies to the Pacific for his first professional competition. He idolizes the legendary Big Z (Jeff Bridges) and wants the respect that comes with winning. Chris Buck and Ash Brannon shoot it as a mock documentary, but what Cody risks is the very thing that made him love the water.
