Survive

“The world has gone sideways.”

Out on the open ocean, a couple throws a birthday party for their son aboard their boat. Julia (Émilie Dequenne) and Tom (Andreas Pietschmann) are still setting out the day when a violent storm comes in and drags hungry creatures up from the deep. Frédéric Jardin puts a family in a small space with those creatures, and the film is about how far parents will go to keep their children alive.
