Surviving with Wolves

In 1942, Misha (Mathilde Goffart), a young Jewish girl, hides with her Russian mother Gerusha (Yaël Abecassis) and German father Reuven (Benno Fürmann) in a small house in the Ardennes of Belgium. After her parents are taken by the Nazis, Véra Belmont follows the child through foster homes and then into the woods, a compass in her hand. It is a story about a child who holds to her mother's last advice because nothing else has been left to her.
