Identical twins Kate and Chris Lockhart (both Candace Cameron Bure) trade places for the holidays, each stepping into the other's job, one at an office and one at a school. Each also takes over the Christmas events her sister was planning, with a single rule between them: no romance. Lee Friedlander puts Kate's life on Chris, and Chris's on Kate, so each learns what the other has been carrying all year.
