Gabriel (John Travolta) is a rogue agent who has found $9 billion sitting in a secret Drug Enforcement Administration account, and he intends to take it to fund a fight against terrorism. He can't break into the government mainframe himself, so he turns to Stanley (Hugh Jackman), an encryption expert who can log into almost anything. Dominic Sena directs it with a fast, polished surface, every scene cut for momentum and a sense that the clock is already running.
