“This drill just got real.”

An LAPD SWAT team drives out to an abandoned hangar for what is supposed to be a routine training exercise. Their guns are loaded with blanks, which is a problem once two rival gangs show up in the same building. Adamo P. Cultraro puts Tate (Steve Austin) and Hunt (Michael Jai White) in the middle of it, two cops with no real ammunition and a long night of improvising ahead of them.
