“First they took his daughter. Now they're coming for him.”

Istanbul is where Bryan Mills (Liam Neeson), a retired CIA operative, ends up with his family, among them his daughter Kim (Maggie Grace) and ex-wife Lenore (Famke Janssen). Olivier Megaton opens on a trip that looks like a rest and turns it into a hostage situation. Mills is taken by the father of a man he killed two years earlier, and the only thing waiting for him now is a debt that someone else is collecting.
