Tanguy

(2001)Directed by Étienne Chatiliez108 minComedy
“At 28, he still lives with his parents”

Edith (Sabine Azéma) and Paul (André Dussollier) Guetz have decided their son has stayed long enough, so they set about getting him out of the house. The trouble is Tanguy (Éric Berger), who is 28 and has no plans to go anywhere. Étienne Chatiliez plays this as a black comedy about parents who want their own lives back and a grown child who finds a family home too comfortable to leave.
