TC 2000

“The year is 2020. He's mostly human, and totally invincible...Until now”

A conspiracy to wipe out everyone living on the surface turns up in the underworld's records, and Jason Storm (Billy Blanks), an underworld guard, is the one who finds it. To get out and warn anyone, he has to leave the city built for the rich and reach the surface gangs, where he looks for Master Sumai (Bolo Yeung), a martial arts master respected there. T.J. Scott sets the clock against Storm: the underground city and everyone above it are both at risk.
