Teambuilding

“Kind reminder, everybody”

A corporate team goes off for a team building weekend, and the people who spend their days in office roles turn up expecting the usual exercises. Cosmin Nedelcu and Matei Dima, who also appear on screen as Horia Brenciu and Emil, direct this Romanian satire of company life. Between Oprea (Șerban Pavlu) and Lorena (Anca Dinicu), the polished work personas start to slip, and the film sets the colleagues against and beside each other in ways no manager planned.
