Lieutenant A.K. Waters (Bruce Willis) wants a clean, quick extraction, one doctor lifted out of a Nigerian jungle hospital before the rebels arrive. Dr. Lena Fiore Kendricks (Monica Bellucci) is a U.S. citizen working for Doctors Without Borders, and Antoine Fuqua sends Waters and his SEAL team in as the government collapses and a dictator takes over. Her patients are in the path of the advance, and the orders cover only her.
