“Terror Beyond Belief!”

In Rome, Peter Neal (Anthony Franciosa) arrives from America to promote his newest murder-mystery novel. Soon the people around him start dying by razor, and the killings look copied from his pages, which draws in his agent Bullmer (John Saxon) and his assistant Anne (Daria Nicolodi). Dario Argento's film is about a writer who cannot stop imagining violence, and how close that sits to someone willing to do it.
