“A bloodbath in the Bronx!”

A gang of drug dealers has taken over a South Bronx apartment building and set about terrorizing everyone who lives there. Sam Washington (Joe Lynn) and Ruth (Mina Bern) are among the tenants stuck behind its doors, and Roberta Findlay shot this exploitation picture in 1985 on the kind of street it describes. The two of them have only each other to count on, an older woman and a neighbor, with the building closing in around them.
