Tepepa

(1969)Directed by Giulio Petroni136 minWestern
“Jails can't hold him! Armies can't stop him! Women can't get enough of him!”

Tepepa (Tomás Milián) leads a band of guerrillas against Colonel Cascorro (Orson Welles), the chief of police whose men hunt the rebels across the Mexican countryside. Doctor Henry Price (John Steiner) joins the fight on the rebel side, and Giulio Petroni sends them through a revolution of dusty roads and loud gunfights. A cause that depends on men with guns has to live with what those men do.
