“Revenge never looked so good”

It's night in a sprawling, anonymous city, and a small group of people are crossing paths in the dark. Two assassins (Max Irons and Dexter Fletcher) carry out a job, a teacher (Simon Pegg) battles a fatal illness, and a waitress (Margot Robbie) and a janitor (Mike Myers) lead second lives. Vaughn Stein stages it all under neon, where every face looks painted and lit from below.
