Terra Formars

“We're the ones who will survive.”

What the first manned ship finds on Mars is not an empty red plain but giant, humanoid cockroaches of enormous strength, descendants of the insects sent centuries earlier to warm the planet. The crew of six is wiped out after getting a transmission home, and Earth answers by sending a squad of elite warriors that includes Shokichi Komachi (Hideaki Ito) and Nanao Akita (Emi Takei). Takashi Miike stages the fight to exterminate them as loud, fast, bodily violence.
