“Who's laughing now?”

Sienna Shaw (Lauren LaVera) is a teenager in Miles County, still living in the shadow of the massacre that happened a year ago. When Halloween comes around, Art the Clown (David Howard Thornton) is brought back by a sinister entity and heads for her home. Damien Leone sets Art on Sienna and her younger brother Jonathan (Elliott Fullam) for one night, and the two of them have until morning to stay alive.
