Terror of Mechagodzilla

“Ogres from a black hole in space use monsters to seize Earth!”

Biologist Akira Ichinose (Katsuhiko Sasaki) joins an INTERPOL investigation after a submarine expedition to salvage the wreckage of Mechagodzilla is wrecked by a giant dinosaur called Titanosaurus. The trail leads to the reclusive Dr. Shinzô Mafune (Akihiko Hirata) and his daughter Katsura (Tomoko Ai), whose life is tied to the Black Hole Aliens. This was Ishirō Honda's last film in the series he co-created, and he directs it with a sober, unhurried hand.
