Rameshan (Mohanlal) has a loving wife, Lekha (Meera Vasudevan), two children, and a life that holds together without much effort. Then he starts forgetting things and losing his way, and the diagnosis is Alzheimer's disease. Blessy adapts Padmarajan's short story "Orma" and stays with the family as they learn what Rameshan can no longer hold on to.
