The 100 Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out the Window and Disappeared

“For a century he's made the world uncertain, and now he is on the loose again.”

Allan Karlsson (Robert Gustafsson) has lived a long, colorful life, and he spends the morning of his 100th birthday stuck in a nursing home. He climbs out of a window and sets off with no plan, and strangers start joining him along the way, among them Julius (Iwar Wiklander), Benny (David Wiberg) and Gunilla (Mia Skäringer). Felix Herngren, adapting Jonas Jonasson's novel, leaves Allan in slippers on the road, a very old man walking away from the home.
