The 12th Man
“Based on a true story of survival and hope”
Eleven men went out on a sabotage mission against the Nazis in Norway, and only one came back from it alive. Jan Baalsrud (Thomas Gullestad) is that man, and Harald Zwart follows him in 1943 as he flees the Gestapo and Kurt Stage (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) from Rebbenesøya toward neutral Sweden. Snow lies over the island, the Lyngen Fjord and Manndalen, and the whole route has to be crossed on foot.
