The 15:17 to Paris
“In the face of fear ordinary people can do the extraordinary”
On August 21, 2015, a train bound for Paris carries more than 500 passengers, among them three young Americans traveling together through Europe: Spencer Stone, Anthony Sadler and Alek Skarlatos, who play themselves. Clint Eastwood follows them through the years leading up to that afternoon, with Judy Greer as Joyce Eskel, the mother of one of them. The film keeps them side by side, three friends on a trip, with the train still ahead.
