The 4th Floor

“People are dying to live in this building.”

Strange noises and small disturbances start in the building where Jane Emelin (Juliette Lewis) has just moved, almost as soon as she unpacks. She has inherited a rent-controlled apartment in New York, and her upstairs neighbor Greg Harrison (William Hurt) has taken a close, unwelcome interest in her. Josh Klausner, in his first feature, leaves Jane alone with her locks and her thin walls.
