The Abandoned

“Death never runs out of time.”

Marie Jones (Anastasia Hille), a film producer, goes back to her native Russia to find the birth parents she has never met. She learns they are dead and that she has inherited their empty farmhouse, where Nicolai (Karel Roden) turns up claiming to be her twin brother. Nacho Cerdà keeps the two of them inside that house as they spot two figures that look exactly like them, and whatever the place has owed them for forty years is now coming due.
